I would say Harley hates it as well, but tolerates because she knows that its a must. I usually do this last. Don't know of any insider tips to get him to like it, but just be consistent and do it anyway. You may already, but if not, make a habit of touching his face, wiping his eyes, and combing his mustache as part of a daily routine. Then maybe he won't fight it as much when getting washed?
