Ahh, I don't know what to do! To do it myself or not to! Jackson's hair is NOT that bad right now but I really want it to look like the first pic posted below. Jackson is in the 2nd pic what he looks like about a week ago...

I really just want a small trim and to look like the first pic, but I'm so unsure if I can do it myself! I really want to to start

Can someone maybe give me simple instructions? What size scissors/clippers do I need exactly do you think? When I'm cutting his back... do I pull up the hair in my fingers and then cut off the tips? Or do I just use the scissors and cut towards his butt in that direction?
