| Lol, you're all way too nice. When I want samples I just say something like, "Is it possible to get samples of your products. If so, please mail them... Thanks, Crystal". They will either do it or they won't, so I just cut right to it.

| Thanks to the OP for this post. It was AWESOME. I sent my email, and here is an idea if anyone has OCD like me - keep a draft saved with basic info ie I have a yorkie with x problem (if it's a grooming product) and you would like to try samples of their product (insert name) / coupon and end with your name, address and phone number. That way you don't have to keep retyping it all the time. Then you change it accordingly. I hope that makes sense. Anyway, back to subject at hand. I emailed them last week and the box arrived a few days later. As luck would have it, the box is at home and I am at my brother's house for Christmas a little early so I made my sister open the box to tell me what sort of goodies were in it. I can't wait to give Bella a bath. I am sure she isn't looking forward to it as much as I am, but she will have to deal. ![]() Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!!! And thanks again to the OP for the heads up>

| I sent an email to them describing what I was looking for and haven't found anything I was satisfied with and they sent a box with 3 sample bottles in it. I received an email from them - very nice and personal(discussing the problems I had emailed them about and asking about the pups). I replied, told them how much I liked their products and received another box with 12 various sample bottles in it and another email. We emailed back and forth for a week or so, and I will definitely become a customer. Thanks for the tip.

| I love Bio-Groom! When I went to grooming school that was all my teacher would use. I became a huge fan of all their products and now I don't like to use anything else. They have different kinds of shampoos and conditioners for every coat type and every issue. Some of the higher end/specialty pet stores will carrry it, but they don't usually sell very many diffent types of shampoos, etc. Some of our local stores her in Idaho sell it, but I order mine from PetEdge or UPCO (because I buy it by the gallon). For those of you with tricolor or white dogs, they have a Super White shampoo that works so well! It's awesome! It's very neat that they are sending free samples. What a great way to treat customers and get more clients!
