I just wanted to post again and let everyone know how please I am with the Herbal Groom conditioning shampoo and the Groom-N-Fresh cream rinse.

I used both of these over a week ago and still tonight their coats are nice and shiny and have been easy to manage this week. It really made the pretty dark blue come out in the three with silky coats and strange enough it made my soft coated one's coat feel good.

I received several other things to try....but at this point I am not sure I want to try anything else but instead order these products. I will wait and see after a few more baths.

for these two products!!

PS....And better yet, no one is scratching!!

~I got my samples today, all 2 ozs., 3 different kinds of shampoo and 1 conditioner. Love getting free stuff...can't wait to use them.

thanks to the OP for posting this! i emailed them last wednesday night and had the samples on my doorstep on friday morning! i am very pleased with the results, especially on my soft coated baby...i found a retailer locally who carries this so i am going to pick some up soon

we loved the oatmeal shampoo and conditioning cream stuff

Sadly, they won't ship samples to Canada. This drives me NUTS!! So many companies are like this.

I also got 3 different shampoos, I used the Fluffy Puppy on Axl, Natural Oatmeal on Yumi Yasha because she has dry itchy skin, and on Jeter I used the Protein Lanolin, I loved the results!! My babies smell nice and non are itchy! I am now going to have to order the 12 ounce size for them! I am getting Fluffy puppy and the Protein Lanolin, along with the cream rinse. Their price is reasonable too

I'm so excited!

I just received my samples today. I got 3 shamppos (Fluffy Puppy Conditioning shampoo, Natural Oatmeal Anti-Itch shampoo, Protein Lanolin conditioning shampoo) and 1 conditioner (Silk conditition creme rinse). These came at the perfect time! I was going to give Bella a bath tonight before we leave to go home for the holidays!

What exactly do you write in the e-mail? Do you just say, "Hey interested in your products, got any free samples? Here's my address, THANKS?"

Sorry if this sounds dumb, but I wouldn't want to sound rude to the company. I'm great at writting essays for school, but I'm so awkward when it comes to e-mails. Just ask my boyfriend

I have the same problem so I know exactly how you feel

This is what I wrote in my email to the company....

Hello,

I have been hearing wonderful reviews about your Bio-Groom pet shampoos and conditioners. I have been searching for a new product for my little Yorkie because she has very dry skin. Is there anyway that you could send me a sample before I make my purchase to ensure that she does not have a skin reaction to your product?

i just wrote pretty much what she said

that i had yorkies and had heard really good things about their products. i wondered if the company sent out samples to try since it appeared the product could only be ordered online. thanks for your consideration
