| A groomer usually cuts that hair off every grooming visit. You can do it yourself if your baby will hold still. It needs to be trimmed ever so often........

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Yes, I don't think I would take her till she's had all her shots. This area isn't that difficult to cut, and you could use rounded baby scissors, if you are uncertain. I've tried using a small electric clipper, but Joey hates that, and the scissors work pretty good. This hair seems to grow faster when they are puppies, and I clipped it once a week before baths.

| The best time to trim the paws is when they are very tired. This is the only time I can do this to my puppy.

| I agree with waiting until she's had all of her shots. Also, only take her to a groomer you trust AND I would stay the WHOLE time and watch!! Don't let them use the neck tie on your baby! SO dangerous for yorkies (it can hurt their trachea). I would recommend introducing her to the groomer slowly, maybe not a full grooming at once (and bring treats ) GOOD LUCK |
