Yes, I don't think I would take her till she's had all her shots. This area isn't that difficult to cut, and you could use rounded baby scissors, if you are uncertain. I've tried using a small electric clipper, but Joey hates that, and the scissors work pretty good. This hair seems to grow faster when they are puppies, and I clipped it once a week before baths.
