| I know I'm posting this a month after this thread was made... But please.. I'm begging you with all of my heart, ANY of you, don't buy from this place. I had a personal experience with them. I called because it was the first thing I saw before I was aware of all the scams and puppy mills. When I talked to the person on the phone they PUSHED me to give them information so they could give me financial help for getting a puppy. When I said no they said they could do a payment plan. I wanted to call to ask how their puppies were kept and what breeds they had. I was mainly after a Yorkie and asked what "kinds" of Yorkies they had. As soon as they said teacup I dropped the phone. Trying to push a dog on someone where they know nothing about the owners or anything is horrible. Plus with all the other people posting I'd advise against this place. They need to be shut down in my opinion. |

| hi i'm guilty I got my baby Sasha from puppy petite and I'm so sad that without knowing, I might have contributed to the puppymill situation. Three days after I brought her home she develop kennel cough that thank god, only lasted three days. The vet told me it has something to do with stress, she was only 8 weeks old and already had been separated from her mother, her litter mates and also she was in a new house. (my house). Anyway, she is good thank god. I was looking for a private breeder but the prices were so high (like double of what I paid) that I decided to buy from puppypetite. I don't know anything about the breeding process, how much it cost and all that. But breeders are somehow contributing to this problem because their prices are so high. I know this is going to hit a nerve but somebody has to say it. Breeders please charge cheaper.

A lot of money goes to breeding and the reputable breeders just break pretty much even. If you want champion lines then it will cost more. The only time you would be able to get the champion lines if you buy from the breeder who shows dogs. Check the post I made earlier with the links. It explains how to tell the difference between backyard breeder and reputable breeder. In the long run would you rather have a health garanteed pup or the pup that might be sick and you dont even know where it came from? Separated from their monther early they develop behavior problems also. If you are trying to find your pup's sibiling from the litter it is like trying to find the needle in hay stack. That store buys puppies from different puppy mills and they are all mixed in the cages at the store. The trucks comes there daily loaded with poor puppies.

| puppy petite puppy petite has alot of problems with people trying to get refunds on the sick and dead puppies they have purchased from them.i have bought a few pups from them. i took them to vet.they are healthy and well.they make you sign a contract that says they aren't responsible for vet costs or if the pup gets sick or injured while in new home.i have seen lots of sick puppies there.you should check out the pups breathing, walking, etc. before you sign a contract and hand over money.i do recommend home breeders, you see the conditions they live in,the parents and what they might turn out to look like as adults. and don't buy online. lots of scammers out there. |
