I have my pictures uploaded in the programm, when i hit preview they change 100mph lol, when i upload it into my avatar it wont animate. I am to dense to do this, can anyone please help me? Wahhhhh

you need to change your times - I use 2 seconds - and save as a GIF file - I usually SAVE TO WEB - then set the times - it should save as a GIF File only or it won't animate

It is saved as a gif. I looked everywhere in the programm I don't see anywhere I can change the time ????

When I open it on my pc it animates mut like I said so fast you cant even see the pics lol.

Jesse - SAVE THIS ONE OF Bobbi Blinking - I fixed it up and he's blinking twice now - I think it came out better than the other one

OK - got it and fixed it & so you know - it was too big. I cropped the pics that were over the size limit aside from the file size you need to watch the size LIMIT - keep your pics to 125 pixels and under 48.6 KB's - I rotated one and added names for you and here you go - very cute puppies !!

jenbermu - yes you can use PSP to do animation - I do mine in photoshop but I think there's someone here who uses PSP -
