ok - go back and re-save it - what I do is open them to animate - the right click and save as a GIF File - it should be ok - or pm me your password and I'll upload it for you

you sure you uploaded the right pic ?? that one is smaller than the avatar & isn't the same file name of the one I made you lol - The one I just made is 125 pixels - that one is 100

I LOVE them. I used to plant all different kinds of sunflowers behind my garage and would take my daughter's photo standing in them every year. I miss them too, but one year they just wouldn't grow for me and I got out of the habit....

I re saved it, it's not animating not even on my pc, it is a Gif file, am I ditz or what?

Ok I got it, I had to open your file before saving it, before I just downloaded the still pic thumbnail.
Sorry to be such a pain. I realy love the new avatar

So I made a new avatar but the file is too big and I have no idea how to get it to the 48.8 KB that it has to be. Can anybody please help me?!!!!

is that the new one now under your name ?? when I go over the limit - rather than delete a picture - I ususally lower the graphics a bit. Sometimes it works and the pics are still ok - sometimes not - then I delete a picture - When you SAVE TO THE WEB you can set your colors - 128 is GREAT - but the lower the number - the smaller the size of the file

No that is my old one. I was just saving the file as a gif. Do I need to save it to the web? I have no idea....haha

I meant SAVE TO THE WEB in your photo program - Chances are it's too big - if you want to email it to me I can look at it
