OK - got it and fixed it & so you know - it was too big. I cropped the pics that were over the size limit
aside from the file size you need to watch the size LIMIT - keep your pics to 125 pixels and under 48.6 KB's - I rotated one and added names for you and here you go - very cute puppies !!
jenbermu - yes you can use PSP to do animation - I do mine in photoshop but I think there's someone here who uses PSP -
