I finally was able to download it. It's too big, both physical size and how many pictures you have in it. Because you have the special effect of haze it's 97 kb, and the limit is around 19.

If you crop your pictures so that they are square, your avatar will look bigger.

In order to be able to have a big avatar up to 125 pixels, you have to be a donating member. There are other advantages of being a donating member, but I love big avatars! Ah... I bet thats why I am also unable to upload anymore pics. I am at my limit. Thanks for telling me how to make my avatar bigger.I'll take care of this avatar issue you later. It's time to go eat (:

The avatar that I linked above: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/att...animation1.gif is the size you can use as a regular member. Just wait for it to start moving and save it to your computer, and then upload it here. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/pro...?do=editavatar

Sorry I left you hanging Nancy1999.I did click on your link and when my avatar started moving I saved and tried to upload again,but I still had the same issue where my avatar would not go through the pics.I then decided to stop trying until I'm able to get a bigger avatar.I did read about being a donating member and In time I plan to help support this wonderful site (:
