Thank you. Sheila cried most of her birthday. It was her 1st, without her precious little Kia. Each "1st" is so hard on her. Thank you for always keeping her in your prayers, and sending healing thoughts. It means so much to both of us. Love & Hugs to you, from Sheila & I. Rich |

Sheila asked me to thank you. She cried for Kia most of the day yesterday. Thank you for praying for her health to improve, and her happiness. We both with Susan had not retired. When she entrusted Kia to Sheila-it was one of the happiest days of her life. Thank you for always being such a good friend to her. Rich |

dog I have had you, Sheila on my heart and in prayers and want to wish you and your husband a very happy anniversary. This life we have here is short and the blessings given to us are so wonderful. Our Great Creator gives us our little fur creature only for awhile and then He calls them home. You cry and do not feel bad. It means you love so much and that is precious. You are caring and have a big heart. Remember the Lord sees every tear you shed and is sending comfort to you. He is the One that will soothe our sorrow and give us the confidence to go on and put our trust and loved ones in His care. |
I'm just now seeing this post about Sheila. I am sending her hugs and powerful prayers for an improvement in her health, Loosing your two dogs certainly hasn't helped the situation. I still mourn the ones I've lost over the years. It has been awhile since I've had a litter of Biewer puppies, but I'm hoping to have to have some match-making here in the next month. If Sheila hasn't gotten her puppy, I'd be happy to work something out with the two of you. Dee |
dog Scrapindee you are so thoughtful of Sheila. You have beautiful Biewers and that would be such a blessing if that is what she wants. Bless you for having such a giving helpful heart! |

Thank you for keeping Sheila in your heart & in your prayers. And thank you for wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Yes, the life we have here is very short. Sheila adored her girls. And she knows Sydney and Kia were wonderful blessings from Our Lord. And they really were blessings. We both believe, that we will see them, again, in Heaven. Our Father in Heaven is a loving Father. And He created these wonderful little creatures to be our companions. We cannot imagine our loving Father, not letting us see them again. With gratitude, Rich |

Thank you so much for sending Sheila hugs and prayers for improvement in her health. She sends you a hug. No, losing Sydney and Kia has only made her so much sicker. It is so hard to lose them, and I am sorry that you are feeling the same mouring that we feel for our girls. It's so hard to believe, that our sweet Sydney has been gone, 3 years on the 28th. She was the happiest little Yorkie, and every one we met was a new friend to her. And it doesn't seem like it's been a whole year, on the 28th, that we lost little Kia. She was a "Mama's Dog" through and through. We still can't believe they both died on the same day, two years apart. You are so kind to offer to work something out with us with one of your Biewer puppies. Sheila has always said she thought Biewers were very beautiful. No one has them where we live. With my deepest gratitude, Rich |

She said when the girls were still with us-she loved this forum. But after Kia died, she just couldn't log in here anymore. Rich |
dog I can understand how she feels. It takes time and healing before we can return to certain things. A peace will come in her heart and an acceptance of her precious Yorkies not here. I still shed tears over my Teddy but know he is in the house of the Lord. It really helped me to get another dog. Plus I still have ole Spud. I hope she will consider getting a Biewer. Have a beautiful day! |

Thank you-so many people don't understand, why, it is taking Sheila so long to grieve. She still cries when she looks at pictures of Sydney, and the pain of losing Kia is still so fresh in her heart. When we lost our 1st Yorkie, Tiffany, in 1996-she couldn't bear to see our LGB train around the Christmas tree, until 2000. Then, she sat and watched the train go around the tree, and smiled and talked about how much Tiffany loved riding in the open car, and ducked her little head under the low hanging branches. Tiffany even insisted on riding in our Lazy Susan in the kitchen. I told her about Dee's so very generous offer to work something out with one of her Biewer's and she was teary and so moved, that Dee wanted to help her. Yes, I believe she will want a Biewer. Sheila is the kind of person that needs a dog. She cherished every moment with our girls. I'm retired, so we live on a fixed income, and she enjoyed spending money on the girls, rather than herself. Your Teddy, and our Tiffany, Sydney, and Kia are most definitely in Heaven. Rich |
Sheila and Rich, You both are held close in prayer. What a wonderful offer from Dee of a puppy. A little one would bring much happiness to you. Love and Hugs, Dyan |

Thank you so much-Dyan, you have been such a true prayer warrior for us, and we are so grateful. Sheila has had a severely high pain level today. She couldn't even turn over from her side, for me to massage her back. But I showed her pictures of Dee's beautiful Biewer's and she just fell in love with them. She said they are the prettiest Biewer's she has ever seen. She's overwhelmed by Dee's kindness. We agree-we think it is an amazing offer from Dee. There are truly good people in the world. We're feeling very blessed today. Rich |
I am sorry Sheila was in such terrible pain yesterday. Wish there was some med she can have to ease it. Praying you are doing better today. God Bless Love and Hugs, Dyan |

I wish there was a medication that she could take, too. She is in a little less pain, today. Thank you for continuing to pray for her. Love & Hugs, from Sheila & I. Rich |
dog Hi Rich and Sheila, I do hope Sheila will get another dog. It sure helped me to get another although they will never take the place of the one that has left us. Life is tough and grief is so hard to take. Those who love with their whole hearts seem to suffer more. I am like Sheila. Love with my heart and the hurt is great but Sheila is a very special person to be like that. Jesus loved and look what He did for us! Just read in the psalms where all the animals belong to the Lord. He calls them home when He wants them back. I pray for sweet Sheila to surrender her little Yorkies to Jesus. Give them over and ask for His comfort and care. You know He is faithful, more faithful than a Yorkie and they can be pretty faithful little fur people. Love to you both!Sandy |

I think Sheila will get another dog. A breeder owes us a female puppy, because she sold us a puppy with health problems we couldn't manage, with believing that Sheila was going to have surgery after the 1st of the year. Although, now.....it seems "iffy". Sheila is also grieving for that puppy, because we had him 3 months. Yes, you and Sheila are exactly alike. She loves with her whole heart. So, she is suffering, and her G.I. Doc said the stress is preventing the lymphocytic colitis from going into remission, and she can't eat enough to regain the weight she lost, that would enable her to have the surgery. She's caught between a rock and a hard place. Sandy, she truly is a very special person, and I am thankful that you know this about her. I think you are a very special person, as well, because you love with your whole heart, and then, hurt. She knows her girls are with Our Lord, and she said they are happy and healthy again. And she is thankful they are no longer suffering. It just takes her a long time to grieve. She trusts in Our Lord, so completely. She doesn't worry that she won't get well. She tells me, "Maybe it is not Our Lord's Will, for me to get well". Love to you, Sandy, from Sheila & I. Rich |
Sheila and Rich, I am thinking of you both and praying for you. I saw where you wrote to Jeanie that you say a prayer from the Lady of Lourdes. There are two movies I used to watch with my parents…The Song of Bernadette and The Miracle of Our Lady of Fatima. They touch my heart every time I see them. Love and Hugs, Dyan |

I can't begin to thank you enough, for thinking of us and keeping us in your prayers. Yes, we pray to Our Lady of Lourdes every night. We are not devoting our prayers to Jeanie. (When I pray for Sheila, I anoint her spine with the Holy Water from Lourdes. A very dear friend of hers, brought it back from Lourdes for her.) Sheila has been through breast cancer, and she and I know, it is an awful disease. Sheila said to tell you, that she loves the movies, The Song of Bernadette and The Miracle of Our Lady of Fatima. Love & Hugs from Sheila & I. Rich |
Sending prayers and best wishes. |

Sheila has lost another 2#s. So, we're very grateful for your prayers. Rich |
Happy belated B'day to Sheila!! Continued positive thoughts going out to you, Rich, and to Shelia. I will hope that if you decide to take up the gracious offer of a Biewer pup, that it will bring some relief to all the pain that Sheila, and you, are feeling regarding the loss of your three babies. Sure the pup will bring smiles all 'round:) None of my business but just wondering - would Sheila feel a bit better taking a relaxation medication? Hopefully she could give them a try. One can get the ones that dissolve under the tongue (sub lingual), so no need to swallow it. |
Rich and Sheila, You both are not far from my thoughts and saying prayers for Sheila to keep weight on and to improve. Love and Hugs, Dyan |

Sheila asked me to thank you for the Happy Belated Birthday Wish. Thank you so much for your continued positive thoughts for both of us. I hope we can take Dee up on her extremely gracious offer of one of her Biewer puppies. Sheila said, "But Dee doesn't even know me!" And I told her, Dee knows you through all my posts about how much you loved our girls, and how deeply you are still grieving for them. On the 28th, we grieve the loss of both our Sweet Sydney and Sheila's precious little Kia. I say Sheila's, because Kia was a Mama's Dog, 100%. I agree with you, I believe, a puppy, would be very beneficial to Sheila. Sheila takes Valium for the neuropathy from her MS. And she takes sublingual Vit. B12. Thank you for the suggestion-I will be sure to bring it up with her DO at her next appt. I'm always thankful for any suggestions that might help her. Rich |
