Patti this will certainly be great if it's not Stage 4.

I pray that PET Scan comes out all clear. That is the test that should really tell you.

Prayers will continue.

Also, please rememebr to get copies of all blood work and all Scans for your records and any other report. Keep it in a binder. This can prove very useful if needed.

I am also mad because the 2009 Ct report mentions 2 -7 cmm nodules in the left lung and it states at the end of the report should be evaluated for possible cancer on a nonemergency basis. No one ever mentioned that to us. Those 2 nodules plus another smaller one are still in his left lung so I am hoping hey also are not spread from the right lung mass. We go to the radiologist tomorrow if they can get us in and then a PET scan on Monday. After that the new oncologist meets with a whole team of doctors(surgeon, pathologist, radiologist etc) to go over Ken's case and then we will proceed from there. So thanks for your continued support and prayers. We are going for the cure! I will update after we meet with the radiologist.

Still hoping and praying for a cure!!!!

I just read your latest update on Ken. I am praying really hard that the cancer isn't stage 4. I hope that they can shrink the tumor so he can breath a little easier. I am also praying that the PET scan shows that the cancer hasn't spread. Keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers daily.

Sending lots of prayers that you get the cure and not just the treatment. TxVicki brings up a good point in keeping copies of everything for your own records.

Patti, I am very happy to read your update. Praying that the news keeps getting better and better. Darn those doctors for messing up with the scans/reports in 2009 and recently. I pray Ken can have treatment soon to be able to breathe easier, and I pray that PET scan brings good news.

Thanks. They need to start treatment ASAP. He can't take a shower anymore he gets to short of breath. I can't believe how bad he has gotten ins 3 weeks. I am praying the radiologist will agree he can have radiation and get it started Tuesday.

Still praying and wishing you get some good news very soon. You two must be exhausted from worry and stress and constantly going to medical centers. Please know we are all thinking of and praying so hard for you and may I quote something for you:
