I hope that the IV fluids do help Ken today and that he feels up to eating well this week to prepare for chemo. You both remain in my prayers and thoughts.

Patti, I'm sending more prayers for your hubby and hugs for you. It's a very hard thing to go through and very, very exhausting. All you can do is keep going forward and keep fighting. I think of you both often.

Hi Patti. I just now saw that I missed a call from you today and now it is too late to call you back...I will call tomorrow. My heart breaks for what you, Ken and family are going through. I'll be praying that he does well with the chemo and it does great things! Love you, Patti! Thinking of you always!

Patti just wanted you to know I was thinking of you and Ken and wanted you to know your still in my prayers. I do hope Ken is doing OK?

Thanks all. Ken is not doing well. He is having a terrible time with the esophagus radiation burns. He is also complaining of a heaviness in his chest where the tumor is. I am hoping it is also from the radiation and not the tumor causing the feeling. We go to see a new primary care doctor tomorrow that works in the same building as the Cancer Center and was recommended by them. Ken's old PCP was on vacation when this all started but has been kept informed of all visits and test results and we never heard a word frm him. I am hoping this new doctor will be able to give Ken something to build him up a little. All the prayers and well wishes are so appreciated. Thanks

Patti, you and Ken are in my prayers daily. I so hope this new physician will be able to help Ken get some relief and will keep on top of things. I am so sorry he is having a hard time with pain from the radiation. I pray things will turn around for him soon.
