Patti, just checking in, and wanted to let you know I'm thinking about you and your Dad. It's good they're trying IV morphine, this is the best med for severe pain and advanced cancer - they can also do adjunct meds to boost the morphine, if needed. I so hope he is getting his pain managed better. Hospice people are usually very skilled in pain mgmt, so he should be in good hands.

I'm sending warm thoughts your way, and wish you, your Dad, and your family some peace during this time.

Thanks everyone. My sweet sweet Dad went peacefully and with out pain for the first time in months. I don't know what I will do with out him.
