Urgent prayer needed for Jack (Baby Blessing)

Patti just called me and she was crying so hard. She and Jack were at Coles and I think Jack was at the shoe department (probably so he could sit and wait for her) and Patti got called to that department. I think Jack was on the floor and lots of people were standing around him. He was confused as to where he was and could not tell them his age. Patti said she would take him to their doctor, but the paramedics told her that there is something wrong and he needs to go to the hospital. They put an oxygen mask on him. Patti was waiting for a friend to come get her when she called me and now she is on her way to the hospital. Patti is so scared. Please pray for Jack and for Patti too! I wish I was there with her. I feel so helpless. If I get an update, I will let you know. She has her cell phone, but says it will have to be shut off at the hospital, so I don't know when I'll be able to call her, but I'll try now and then. Thanks for your prayers! Patti and Jack have no kids there...they all live across the country.

Oh no, I hope he will be ok. Sending heartfelt Prayers for Jack & for Patti. I know she is terribly scared & worried for Jack right now. Thank you for letting us know. She was just asking for prayers for a friend & now this. I'm so sorry that they are going through this. Hoping & Praying that the doctors will be able to get Jack the help that he needs & under control.

I just talked to Patti. They have taken Jack for a cat scan. She said that he has a terrible headache...he cannot sit up...I don't know if that means he can't get up or what. He is very confused on some things, but other things he remembers. She said he does not remember Maddie, Libby & I and that we live in ND. This is very scary and I feel so bad for Patti. They told her they will have some answers after the cat scan. I will stay up a while longer and try calling her again to see if there's any news. Thanks for your prayers.

I just talked to Patti. She said it is not good and we need urgent prayer for Jack. The ct scan shows that there is bleeding in his brain. She doesn't know why...if it was from his fall at Kohls or something else. They are putting Jack into ICU and calling in a neurosurgeon. Patti has called her 2 daughters...I'm not sure if she's called her son. We didn't talk long because Jackie (her daughter) called back so I hung up and will call back in a bit. I think Jackie will be heading to California ASAP. Please keep raising Jack's name in prayer...and Patti's too!

One more update. Jack's bleed in his brain is very serious. The whole outside of his brain is bleeding and the top of his brain and one other place that I can't remember. He is in ICU and they will do another cat scan in the morning, unless they need to do it sooner. If he worsens, he will have to have emergency surgery. Patti is so worried sick. She is going to have Rusty take her to her car...then go to check on the babies and back to the hospital. I don't think she should be driving now. I was wrong in saying she got ahold of her daughter, Jackie. She has left messages on both phones but Jackie has not called back...she must be sleeping. I hope she calls Patti soon, as I know just hearing Jackie's voice will help Patti. I'm sure as soon as Jackie knows, she will be on the first plane out of there. I will update in the morning when I hear more. Please keep praying for our dear Patti and Jack!

thank you connie, please everyone please pray for jack it is so very serious, they are going to do another cat scan in the early morning or if they feel need to they will sooner. He fell in kohl's and hit his head there is bleeding around his brain and in the front of the head. He knew me but doesnt remember a lot of things and didnt recall falling, i told him jackie is coming but he asked where she is, he doesn't remember a lot of things.

Jack is my life and i ask dear god to please let him be okay, please lord let the bleeding stop.
Jack is in intensive care and being very closely watched. I am so thankful for connie and will ask her to keep you all updated as i won't be able to get to the computer, our daughters will be on the first flight they can get here. I am so thankful they are coming. Jack knows the lord and i kept telling him to keep leaning on god overseeing everything but i don't know that he even understood, dr.s said it is all due to the bleeding and swelling of his brain.

i am going back to the hospital very soon, came home to take care of the girls. i just called the hospital and they gave him something but really don't want him going into a deep sleep right now.
