Oh No Patti ! I was so hoping for better news for Jack and you....I'm so so sorry.

Are they sure it's permanent ? There is always hope.... The body is so complex sometimes doctors can be a little off in their diagnosis....They're human and CAN be wrong. At least that's what I'm hoping for you..

BIG HUGS TO YOU BOTH ! You've been such a strong woman and you keep that faith that's getting you thru this. You really need it now more than ever

I am so sorry that I don't get in to post these days but seems there is not enough time in each day to do all that I would like to but thank the Lord He is enabling me to do all that I must and need to do. I think of you all here and keep you each in my prayers.

I was watching NBC news tonight and heard about the young man planning to be in the olympics that had the brain injury in December snow boarding, his name is Kevin Pearce, my heart is so sad for him and his family, I know so much the heart wretching pain they are going through and would like to ask you all to pray for Kevin and for his family.

Seems here lately we are hearing of so many of our friends and family members going through devastation of illness's, it reminds me to stop and take each moment of the day and just thank the Lord for his goodness and keeping us in HIS loving care.

Jack hasn't progressed any since last I posted, but I count my many blessings for what progress he has made. Brain injuries are so complicated this injury he substained really has reminded me of how it is so easily to take life for granted but then in the blink of an eye life can change. I just can't thank God enough for the strength He has provided unto me and I know it is due to many others prayers, and from so many of our Yorkie Talk Family. I sure do thank you all for continuing to remember Jack in your prayers too. God can move mountains and HE brings miracles too. I pray this for my Jack and also for others that are in need of a miracle.

You are a very strong person, I'm sorry I'm not religious but I can send as much energy as you need to make up for it. I will keep your family in my thoughs and hope for the best.

I can only imagine how difficult this is for you. Power of Prayer, I can see your faith and love for the Lord is strong.

We can depend on God as our source of strength. It's in the Bible, Isaiah 40:29-31, NIV. "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Psalms 27:1, NKJV says, "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid."
