| Hot Rod surger for Grade 3 LP If you all could spare a few moments and send us some good thoughts and prayers I would really appreciate it. We saw the ortho surgeon to day and he says that Hot Rod's lp is at a grade 3 and since he has been having some issues lately he highly recommends doing the surgery quickly. He believes this is why his leg looks so bowed on the xray. So we have decided to do it tomorrow so he can start healing and feeling better. He'll have to stay overnight so he won't be home until Wednesday sometime. It is going to be a very long couple of days! I feel good about his surgeon. He was very forthcoming and thorough and he has a yorkie as well! He said that he may even bring her in so Hot Rod could have a playmate. So if you send Hot Rod some good thoughts it would help tremendously! Thanks!

| I will keep Hot Rod in my prayer's this evening. The surgeon sounds so nice and thoughtful too. The surgery is happening so fast it won't give you much time to worry, which is a good thing. Hugs to all of you, |

| Thanks everyone, I just can't wait until he is back home from the surgery and he isn't even there yet! Thanks a bunch, I am sure that I will be posting a quite a few questions! Definitely having a specialist do it. Wouldn't want something that was beyond a person's capability in case something went wrong.
