Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Needing some prayers from my YT Family..... I absolutely believe in the power of prayer so I am asking for some help. Lots of stuff going on. Today hubby has his second and final interview with the company's Vice President. We need all the prayers that they can finalize things and give him a start date. He is so down and it's frustrating to see such a good person like that. Our situation stinks because he was self-employed and you can't collect unemployment..so the only income is mine. Please pray for us today that his interview brings him a job offer. \ Saying prayers for us and our other family members and friends that are in need for whatever reason right now. God bless you all.

| I will definately stop what I am doing and offer your husband up to our Father in Heaven. Prayers work miracles -- and God always answers -- I will pray that your husband is able to use his knowledge and verbal skills to impress upon the Vice President of the company that he is the one to fill this position. And as always May God's Will Be Done! Lifting you both up during this difficult time. |

| I sure will keep you in my thoughts and prayer's Beth. Finger's crossed your hubby get's this job and a start date at that meeting. So many good, hard working people are suffering because of our country's lack of structure. I pray 2009 is a better year for our country and we can once again become a strong nation. It's scary to think that it's not over yet. I hope things work out and you and your family and other's as well , can get back to living without be so frightened about loosing the things they worked so hard for. Hugs, |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Thanks guys for your prayers. You want to know the saddest thing. Hubby did get laid off from the bakery for economic reasons. Then afterwards someone we have helped immensely over the last 7 years put him on to a job. He got the job and the people were impressed with his hard work and skills. They raved to this person about him...the person was his supervisor. The guy started getting jealous. After three weeks of working there hubby got a raise and a promotion. The guy that we knew that told him about the job was his supervisor and then when he got the raise and promotion he was move to another dept. After his raise and promotion the guy went to the boss three weeks later and said I am terminating him because our work styles are different (hello what is wrong with the picture..how can you let him terminate him when he doesn't work under him). He was being vengeful because hubby was moving up and he didn't like it. Hubby was no longer working under him but the company is so snowed by this guy without any cause other than this guys BS they terminated hubby. So that is what has him back on the job search. This whole thing has left me hurt because it's bad when people you help turn and stab you in the back because they are jealous and worried that you are doing better than they are. I guess live and learn.

In this time of need for everyone I would think it would make you feel good in helping a friend or anyone else for that matter, who desperately needs it. So much for some people. They say that if you have only 1 friend in a lifetime your blessed. Friends don't do that to friends. I think it worst for a man to have something like that happen to him. Hope today is his lucky day and he comes home with a big smile on his face. Finger's crossed. |

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Thanks Cindy. It really amazed me how these folks are. But you live and learn. Hubby is a man that is always doing something to help someone...including that fool that pissed on him at that job. But god doesn't like ugly and it will come back to hurt him. My family helped them so much but never asked for a thing in return because we always feel it's a a good thing if your blessed and can help someone when they are in need with no strings attached.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Update!!! First off I want to say thank you to my YT family that wished us well and have held my hand through out this very trying time. All went well. The VP actually remembered him because several years ago when we bought the route they wanted to hire him as the company was building it's business down this way. At the time Ray had told him well we just purchased the route and he wanted to give it a go before giving them a decision. He did tell them eventually that he would defer and wanted to put time into the route. The interview went great. The VP said he wanted to hire him back then and is more than happy to do so now. So he told him they can hire him for the spot they have now or if he wants to wait they have a few things in development and would like him for one of those. He said he would take now and if and when those things pan out he would be happy to look them over. So the VP said he is going to give the area manager Kevin the go ahead to hire him and do their internal paperwork. So hopefully Kevin calls and he can start by next week monday. Bills for Feb will be coming. I am covered for this month but Feb will be heavy as we also have car insurance coming up. I want to be a kid again. Thank you for the prayers and thinking of us right now.
