Carol that guy was locked up for 7 years. My MIL babysat his children for $37.50 per week for two kids all day...I don't know of a sitter that watches a newborn for less than $150 a week in NY. Then when the eldest started school I would drop them off for her and hubby would pick them up and keep them with our children until she got out of work. Many times I loaned her money to pay her bills and feed her children. Not to mention how many times I watched the kids for her. Never once did we ask them for anything in return so it was nice when he was able to do something that helped us. Then they got ugly. The funny thing is she says to me...we can still be friends. Not sure what planet she lives on. My guess is she realized she was closing a door where she still asked for help at times with her kids. People sure are something else.
