| Glad your feeling better Donna. I have had back trouble for 15 years... With several of your diagnosis...I refuse back surgery also. My prayers are with you that the ice, time and meds will let you rally again..back pain can be a life altering problem....Prayers go out to you!! Steph

Therapy works wonders but too expensive. When I lived in MN had therapy 3 times a week and in 6 months, was a new person. Then the ins. co. limited my care to $3,000 a year. It was about that much a month. Anyone that has good coverage, I would suggest a Neurologist. Had Spinal Decompression Therapy, am still paying for that, had 11 treatments and it did nothing for me. Thanks again.
