Sorry for your back problems also.
Therapy works wonders but too expensive. When I lived in MN had therapy 3 times a week and in 6 months, was a new person. Then the ins. co. limited my care to $3,000 a year. It was about that much a month.
Anyone that has good coverage, I would suggest a Neurologist.
Had Spinal Decompression Therapy, am still paying for that, had 11 treatments and it did nothing for me.
