This caught my eye because I used to have a Peke. I was going to post wishing Merlin a safe return home, but I see he already made it back! YAY! It's good to read a happy ending.

Finally a happy ending to a missing baby!!!! So glad he is home safe with you. Hugs and kisses to Merlin and a finger shaking to not ever do that again and scared you so badly. Joanne

Bless his little heart! Makes me wonder if he wasn't mauled a bit by another dog. Just glad he's home safe. Better make sure there is no way he can get out again.

He went to the vet and was there for 6 hours and had to get a shot and had to get all of his hair cut off.

After we brought him home we replaced his play pen with an even bigger one and he loves it.
He is back to normal, only difference is that he has no hair :P

Thanks everyone so much for your support and advice- it saved my dog!

Oh what a scarey thing to have happened!! I'm so glad all turned out ok though, I love happy endings, even ones with no hair ;-)
