| Paisley's Big Day Paisley was diagnosed with a liver shunt. After doing research I made the decision to travel from Texas to Tennessee to have the surgery done at UT. Paisley and I are hanging out in the hotel room right now until tomorrow morning. Tomorrow is the day she gets her surgery. My family and I wish and hope for the best outcome. Please think of her on her big day. Here is a picture of Paisley with me and my girls before we left for the airport to come to Tennessee.

| We'll be sending up lots of prayers for your little Paisley. I know how worried you must be as we just put Lulu in last Wednesday for her spay plus a biopsy & to fix a shunt should there be one - I cried buckets when I dropped her off that morning. She didn't have a shunt, but she does have MVD. You will be in our thoughts & prayers.

| update I just got a call from UT and Paisley did very well. She was stable through the whole surgery and got her liver shunt taken care of, spay, dewclaw removed, and some teeth pulled. My poor little girl! But she did great! They are going to call me in a few more hours for another update.

Paisley seems more like herself this morning. She hates her ecollar, but since she also has stitches from a dewclaw I don't want to take any chances of her chewing out. So when all of our attention is not on her we have to put it back on. I guess only time will tell if the surgery was successful. We pray for normal results in the months to come.
