So glad to hear her surgery went well and she's so blessed to have you all by her side. Bless you & your family this holiday season and praying Michele will continue to fight & win this battle. Merry Christmas to you & your family and even though some of us are not currently battling what you are, this is the time for us to also remember families such as yours!

Thank you all so much for your continued prayers. Michelle is still feeling pretty good today and she has been up and walking around. She is hoping she will be able to go home this weekend if there are no more setbacks.

Michelle has received a few cards. I know she greatly appreciates all the cards and well wishes. When she gets home I will try to find out who the cards are from.

Here are some pictures of Michelle on Christmas eve. Even though she was in pain she was able to keep a smile on her face. The second picture is me, Michelle and Melissa, Michelle's sister.

How wonderful to see you all smile! That is Christmas joy. The Lord has really given Michelle the spirit of endurance.

I am praying for the doctors and their knowledge and research. I am praying for Michelle's body to have an opportunity to heal without infection and without anymore surgeries in the short-term. I am praying for her fortitude. I am also praying for you & her husband & boys - may you too find peace.

I know it is in the difficult times that we see what we are made of. Michelle must be filled with God's love and faith.

May 2009 hold tremendous blessings for you all.
