I truly believe that God does allow for experiences to take us to a new place. Michelle may be used in way's for His glory that she never imagined. God is giving her a powerful witness. I am sorry that she is facing more problems and another surgery, but how wonderful that she has peace about being there today and was able to reach out and comfort and pray with these other people. Praying blessings over her life |

Wanted you to know, you & Michelle are in my thoughts & prayers today. Wondering if she had the surgery today or if she will wait until tomorrow? |

Michelle's surgeon came in last night and they just stitched and glued the incision on her back where it was leaking. The doctor is hoping that she will not require surgery. Today the surgeon made adjusts to the shunt in Michelle's head because her head was still swollen and he put more glue on the incision on her back. Michelle has been pretty uncomfortable but she is dealing with everything just fine. The doctor wanted Michelle to stay in bed today and rest so Michelle is not liking that too much. She did get to listen to her churches service this morning via telephone. We continue to pray that Michelle will improve and that she will get to go home in a few days. Thanks to all for your continued prayers. |

what good news - I'm sure another surgery was not appealing to her. She is really becoming humpty dumpty as they glue her together again :) - I hope you and she both have some room for humor ;) I just had never heard of glue - which I'm sure is a surgical glue - being used in this fashion |

Oh Dear, sending you Blessings. |

Still praying! Thanks for keeping us posted on Michelle and how she's doing! |

Michelle is still in the hospital. Her back is healing nicely where it was leaking spinal fluid. Michelle biggest problem right now is that her head is still swollen and she still has problems with nausea but nothing like she was experiencing before this last surgery. The doctor made an adjustment to the shunt in Michelle's head a couple of days ago but it made no difference at all. Michelle talked to the doctor tonight and he told her he did not want to make anymore adjustments until Friday. He keeps hoping Michelle's body would react and stop making so much fluid. Michelle is really disappointed this is all taking so long but she does want the doctor to get it right. Michelle said the pressure in her head and neck is very painful and uncomfortable but she remains in good spirits. Thanks to all for your continued prayers and support. |

Glad to hear that her back is healing. Praying things will also turn around for her head. I do not know a lot about the fluid that her body is producing. Do they have any idea why she might be producing so much? Praying that her body will adapt before Friday to the shunt in her head |
