| Yes, I'm close I'm in Brunswick, about 84 miles from you. I used to live in Savannah for a short time in the '60's. My father owned a business there. We lived out in Windsor Forrest. Out in Windsor...it used to be out there. When we lived there there wasn't much past Windsor except for maybe the college. I was only in the 4th grade. A girlfriend of mine bought her baby yorkie Brady from a lady about 15 minutes west of Sav. Amanda's house of yorkies. She has some really beautiful babies. We've both only been yorkie moms for about 6 weeks. What are we in for! lol |

| Funny what a small world it is. We live in Windsor Forest. It's definitely not "out there" anymore though... As for what you are in for, it depends a lot on the nature of your puppy. Mine are 2 1/2 now. They have very different personalities and of course both have their own behavioral challenges. Love them both though no matter how "challenging" their behavior can get Last edited by Pixelate; 04-08-2008 at 02:49 PM. Reason: typo |

| Heart surgery? That sounds so scary. I hope that Scooter has a speedy recovery.

| Scooter has heart Thank you so much. Scooter had his surgery last week and is recovering very well. He is still sporting his neon-green bandages which will come off next Friday. Scooter was blesed to have a wonderful vet cardiologist and a FANTASTIC surgeon (both in Athens).

| I was "bawn n raised" in the fair town of Metter, GA. If I didn't marry my husband, I'd probably still be there. Or closeby anyhow! PS - both of my Yorkies are GA girls, too.

| Gwinnett, ga Hey! I'm in the Gwinnett area. How are you and your Yorkies adjusting to the area? Finding lots of things to do? Savannah always seemed like a dog friendly area. Do you like it so far? |
