Hey everyone! i met sophie and bazinga today by chance at a dog park in alpharetta! A bunch of us should try and have an event in a central location somewhere!

I have a baby, Patton. He's 4 months old.

Justine, it was so nice meeting you, Patton and Gigi are so cute. Patton managed to give me a huge case of wanting a baby Yorkie but I think Sophie Kate has different plans (like not sharing Mom).

Hi I am from Harlem, GA and I was wondering since you guys are from GA if you knew of anyone in this Forum for Southeast USA that had yorkie puppies? I am looking for a male yorkie puppy to be a companion with my lil' Izzy. She is lonely and well, it would be great if they had puppies one day but I really just want a male for her to be her buddy for now. I'm not a breeder but I don't want to neuter the male I get.

Anyone know of anyone they can recommend to me?

Hi I'm new to YT and I'm in Atlanta. I'm not a Yorkie owner yet but I'm in the process of buying one and I've been doing a lot of research. Some of the breeders that I have been researching which I like the best are Yorkmont Yorkies, Carteryorkies and TyAva yorkies, They are all on the web and you can google them. They sell to people who want to breed and people who just want a pet like me. I've seen a lot of different sites but these are the ones I like best of all Ive seen. I have to say I have not yet done business with any of them this is just from speaking with them and trading emails.

If I'm not mistaken TyAva yorkies are the only ones who are currently listed with the YTCA. I would try there first. We just got our baby from Hylan Acres in TX through the YTCA breeder referral list although we did look at Carter and Yorkmont as well. We decided to go with a reputable breeder that the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America had listed and we were definitely NOT disappointed! Perfect health, wonderful temperament and cute as a button!

3 of my yorkies came from a breeder in Douglasville Georgia, they have Yorkmont heritage in them from their parents. They are excellent dogs. All 3 look different but have wonderful personalities. They come from a home where they were loved and handled from the day they are born.
