| ![]() I love living in Maryland. Please post if you live in Maryland. You get to go to Washington, D.C, Baltimore, or go country and see fields of corn or even go to a farmer's market and talk to the Amish. I live in between in the burbs. |

| ![]() I live in Maryland too. Grew up in Calvert County and now live in Crofton in Anne Arundel County. It is great, a nice combination of country and city. The only thing that stinks is the housing market! As a recent college grad, just starting out and renting an apartment, it's very scary to think about how expensive a house, or even a townhouse is! Oh well.

400-500,000+ over here. You can still find some places, way back in the country that are reasonable, that is if you like living in the country. Both of my sisters live in Calvert. Co. They live in Prince Frederick, or as I like to call it, the new Waldorf. | |

| ![]() Yeah, Prince Frederick is getting bad too! My dad absolutely hates Waldorf! We have family that lives there, so when he sends them cards or mail, he'll write Waldork - with a K - on the address. It's kinda funny!! I also work with a lot of people that live in Waldorf. I work at the Census Bureau in Suitland, just outside of DC.

| ![]() We moved to Florida after 35 yrs in Waldorf. It was a terrific place to buy a first home, paid $24,000, raised our kids..but it was time to find a better place to retire..so we are here in south Florida and loving it. |
