We bought our house right before the big boom. Now it's almost tripled in value. I can't believe the costs. I think you must be rich to buy houses going up here in Charles County.
400-500,000+ over here. You can still find some places, way back in the country that are reasonable, that is if you like living in the country.
Both of my sisters live in Calvert. Co. They live in Prince Frederick, or as I like to call it, the new Waldorf.
