I was wondering if anyone could recommend a breeder in the middle TN area? I have searched all over middle TN and parts of KY, Georgia, and Alabama, and found only 1 breeder that seems reputable, and even they have a couple of red flags. I plan to get a 2nd yorkie next year and don't want to get this one from a backyard breeder again!

Brentwood just announced that they're building a HUGE dog park at the corner of I-65 and Concord Road due to open up in the spring. It sounds like it's a lot bigger than the Nolensville dog park we go to now. If there are any other Brentwood/Franklin/Nolensville/Nashville yorkies out there, hopefully I'll see you there! I'll be sure to hit it up as often as possible!!

Welcome to YT. Where is Bellevue? We have a Belleview community in our county (Lincoln). I think it is spelled differently.

Bellevue is a suburb of Nashville. It's in Metro Davidson Co.

Hi, I am from clarksville TN close to Nashville. I want a yorkie very bad, do any of you who also live in TN know any good breeders around here?? I've been without much luck finding one!

I've been researching this a lot and have found a few good breeders within driving distance of Nashville. I think they are all in North Georgia.

VanGogh Yorkshires
Royal Crown Yorkies
TyAva Yorkies

I haven't contacted any of them yet, and some of them have websites that haven't been updated in a while. But they seem reputable. TvAva in particular is very well-regarded on Yorkietalk.

I just purchased a BEAUTIFUL little baby doll faced yorkie from a woman right outside of Nashville. He has a lifetime guarantee on genetic defects, liver shunt, etc and if you are interested I will send you her info.

I am from Knoville and have two girls who are a year old. Got them from Steven Potter at Grayson's Yorkies, which is in Sweetwater. Steven is wonderful and very particular about his pups. He does not ship his dogs, you have to pick them up at his home. Check out his webpage - graysonsyorkies.com.
