Where are you in Va? In my area there is a swimming therapy class for pets and depending on where you are I have the name of a couple of good veterinarians. There are 2 good veterinary neurologists in Va as well.

Charlie is doing ok he is about 60% of how he was before what ever happened to him. Charlie looses his balance and sometimes and falls, it seems his paws don't work like they should. Charlie's back is arched badly now after the event he suffered. For some reason when he goes #2 he falls down now. I have run out of Vets and money trying to find out what happened to him. Hes not as happy as he was before but he never complains and seems to be content just to lay around and take it easy. My parents have fallen in love with Charlie and they watch him during the day while I'm at work. He gets treated like a King. My Mom cooks him a special breakfast every morning. I tell them its not good for Charlie to have a lot of table food but dad ends up feeding him pork chops. I don't know whats in store for Charlie, it seems his recovery has reached it max for now. If anyone reads this and has a clue of whats happened please let me know.

I will continue to pray for Charlie. Did you have your Vet do the Bile Acid Test? This is really important and not all that expensive, you really need to gage how his liver is functioning. Also, cooked pork is EXTREMELY dangerous to dogs, please don't feed him that

Did the vet do x-rays? It sounds like a ruptured disk caused paralysis to be honest ... perhaps as the initial swelling went down he regained function. Our Sissy Dog had a ruptured disk that started as a soreness, but within hours turned into paralysis.

| Thanks for update..Charlie sounds like he's getting stronger...our little friends are very fragile aren't they...? I had no idea that Tylenol would do such damage.....we have Eddie...3yrs....constant care...diet/water/overall health....let alone watching over him when he's outside with us..... Would'nt have it any other way...Yorkie owners are a "breed amoung themselves...aren't we.... Charlie is a tough little guy...he will be ok
