| Update Well I just talked to her and they ended up doing the 2nd surgery on her eyes, I would not of let that happen , but she felt it had to be done, they did not charge her for the spay ( no chit), they said her chart got mixed up with another dog she is being positive about it because she wanted her spayed anyway, thats not the point, I didnt want to make her feel any worse, I was just happy she was ok thru 2 surgerys in one day, she will deff not ever go back there and did tell them she was talking to a lawyer. If this helps anyone , just please make sure they understand totally what is to be done and make them check there chart in front of you before you leave. This is still very upsetting to me thanks all.

| If she wanted her spayed in the long run thats ok. But I still would look at legal options for sure. I think the vet should at least do the eye surgery for free as well. Eat hers/his costs. Thats just BS! |

| OMG that is so crazy. I am late into the disaster and conversation, I am glad to hear her baby is back home with her but only question I have is did they not charge her for anything at all. They should of eaten up all the cost because of their mistake. She should def look into getting an attorney or hopefully a relative or friend that is an attorney to write a letter addressed to them just to scare them a little. I am sure they will give her all her money back. If you do know someone also ask for the medial records to be released. I am sure the would rather just give her the mony back. Also I hope if she did pay them cash she keeps that receipt in a safe place just in case she feels differ about the situation later and wants to pursue a case against them. |
