Well I just talked to her and they ended up doing the 2nd surgery on her eyes, I would not of let that happen , but she felt it had to be done, they did not charge her for the spay ( no chit), they said her chart got mixed up with another dog
she is being positive about it because she wanted her spayed anyway, thats not the point, I didnt want to make her feel any worse, I was just happy she was ok thru 2 surgerys in one day, she will deff not ever go back there and did tell them she was talking to a lawyer. If this helps anyone , just please make sure they understand totally what is to be done and make them check there chart in front of you before you leave. This is still very upsetting to me
