My father in law ( a vet) came in town for the day and offered to give Rambo his 2nd set of shots to help me save money from paying one here. I said yes and he said he was going to give rabies vaccination as well. After the shots Rambo could not be picked up without yelping and has been sleeping and not been himself. He did not react this way the first set of vaccines which excluded the rabies. I called my father in law and he said I could give half a baby aspirin. He said he should perk back up in a day. It has been 36 hours now, he is feeling better and playing but obviously still sore.

Zoe reacted that way when she got her shots too. I did give her 1/2 a baby aspirin that night and again in the morning and it did help but about 24-28 hours later, she was much better!

My friend told me her yorkies never had reacted that way so I was worried. Now I feel better knowing he will be 0kay in a day or so. Your Zoe is absolutely adorable!
