Donating YT 11K Club Member | He is better now. Last night I gave him pepto bismal. He's not tiny, he is like 9 lbs. I think it was something my mom gave him to eat, she gave him white turkey meat..is that bad for them? He wouldn't stop throwing up. I guess the pepto worked cause he's not throwing up anymore, he's just a little sad, not completely himself.

Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | Turkey! I dont think turkey is bad for them but neither is it for us but i get sick everytime i eat it! Just like us some things just dont agree with our babies! Are his gums white?? Id wrap him in a towel from the dryer to get warm.....make sure he drinks....and give only rice and chicken to let his stomach settle....Whenever I am sick, my mom makes me scrambled eggs with no cooking oil or anything and dry toast. Maybe try that for your baby...I hope he feels better!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | My pom cannot eat turkey it makes her sick to her stomach, all of my other dogs have no probem with it. SO maybe it was the turkey. Hope he feels better soon.

he maybe dehydrated. Let him drink some water. If that doesn't stop it, you can give dogs a little tiny bit of Pepto Bismol But It's probanly not serious. My yorkie throws up white foamy bile looking stuff once in a while. he probably just doesn't feel well. | |

Donating YT 11K Club Member | Thank you! I think it was probably the turkey or the fact that he ate a lot that day so the throwing up was just him emptying out his stomach cause the next day he was back to normal.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I gave him water that night and he didn't want any. So I gave him pepto bismol and it made him better. He stopped throwing up and the next day he was a little sad but fine. Now he is himself again

| Hey girl I'm so glad teddy is doing good. I myself have not been that's why I haven't been on here and I miss YT so much anyways I'm so glad he's ok Also I read somewhere on line that turkey can be bad for your dog because of the natural chemical that is in it that makes us sleepy can effect your dog more seriously. Just thought I would let you know, you can try to google it and it should pull it up.
