It's Teddy-help He woke me up about 1 hr ago and has been throwing up nonstop and now he's shaking, it think he's cold. He looks so sad and mopy and can't stop throwing up. He doesn't want anything. idk what to do... |
How much does he weigh and how old is he? If he is a tiny i would call the hospital as he can get dehydrated quickly what did he eat? yorkies have sensitive stomaches and i would not treat with anything but their food as when they do not stop vomitting can be pancreatitis of which my little one had Let me know how he is in am |
He is better now. Last night I gave him pepto bismal. He's not tiny, he is like 9 lbs. I think it was something my mom gave him to eat, she gave him white turkey meat..is that bad for them? He wouldn't stop throwing up. I guess the pepto worked cause he's not throwing up anymore, he's just a little sad, not completely himself. |
Turkey! I dont think turkey is bad for them but neither is it for us but i get sick everytime i eat it! Just like us some things just dont agree with our babies! Are his gums white?? Id wrap him in a towel from the dryer to get warm.....make sure he drinks....and give only rice and chicken to let his stomach settle....Whenever I am sick, my mom makes me scrambled eggs with no cooking oil or anything and dry toast. Maybe try that for your baby...I hope he feels better! |
My pom cannot eat turkey it makes her sick to her stomach, all of my other dogs have no probem with it. SO maybe it was the turkey. Hope he feels better soon. |
How is your sweet baby now??? |

he maybe dehydrated. Let him drink some water. If that doesn't stop it, you can give dogs a little tiny bit of Pepto Bismol But It's probanly not serious. My yorkie throws up white foamy bile looking stuff once in a while. he probably just doesn't feel well. |

Hey girl I'm so glad teddy is doing good. I myself have not been that's why I haven't been on here and I miss YT so much:( anyways I'm so glad he's ok:) Also I read somewhere on line that turkey can be bad for your dog because of the natural chemical that is in it that makes us sleepy can effect your dog more seriously. Just thought I would let you know, you can try to google it and it should pull it up. |
