| Chibi under the weather My little one went to the vet this morning because he has been sick all weekend (it's Monday here). He has loose stools and then he stopped eating. The vet checked him and said he had inflammation and some anaerobic bacteria, a bad kind. He gave him some shots and medicine. (He gave him antibiotics, anti inflammatory, medicine for lose stools and another one to heal his intestines.) He really couldn't find another reason. (He looked under the microscope at the bacteria for a long time. Although he found a bit of blood.) Also my Chibi has 4 stools a day, he said that is a bit much usually 2 are ok. He said that maybe the food he eats isn't a good fit for his metabolism and suggested switching from chicken base to beef base. We use Eukanuba weight control 1-6 years. Have any of you had a similar problem of loose stools and a blood because of food, and how did you go about trying out different foods? Well my little guy is really down and sleeping on my lap right now. Thank you

| I'm sorry Chibi is not feeling well... Do you think the food is too rich for him? I don't know how to help except to keep him in my prayers. I hope he feels better quickly. Corinne

| getting a little better Well he has started to eat and is more lively than before, but he still has loose stools. I feel so bad for him! It was so scary this morning when he was so lethargic and not himself. I can't wait until he is 100% better.
