| Vommitting, diarheaa....please help me I don't know what is going on. On Satuday Molly went to the groomer...and she wasn't there so a new person did the grooming appt. Ever since Friday she has had diarhea. I have brought her to the vet for the past four days and they dont know what the problem is. They did x-rays, gave fluids, she is on fast balance meds. She also began vmmitting. Yeserday I left her with my sister for the day and she didn't vomit at all...had diarhea though. So I felt like thins were getting better. Today I went to work and gated her in the kitchen like usual and when I got home there were four seperate piles of vomit. AHHHHHHH! I called the vet and have an appt at 4. I justt want everything to be ok. Could it be nervousness...I don't know. She had a similar episode like this 1 1/2 months ago and when they did x-rays there was something lodged in her stomach which eventually worked itself out. I am desperate for some answeres. I just want her to be ok! |

| Oh my goodness! I have NO idea what it could be!!!!!! Please get her back to the vet ASAP! I know you already have an appointment at 4 and that is good. I'll be praying for a safe recovery for her. Is she eating and drinking and playing normally? |

| Wow - I hope everything is okay!! If it turns out just to be stress, you may want to consider grooming yourself. Please let us know what the vet says.

| I agree with this. The vomitting and diarhea could definately be from stress. If it is, then I would definately consider grooming her yourself from now on. |

| Poor Molly. Hope the vet can find out what's wrong with her. It could be stress like everyone else said. I recently read in one of my dog magazines that plain 100% pure canned pumpkin is incredibley effective in dogs with diahrea. It said to add a teaspoon or two to the dogs food or feed it straight. Sorry, it didn't say what size dog should get that amount though. Let us all know how Molly made out at the vets today. Feel better soon, Molly.

| Hi there, I sure hope your baby is ok. About 2 weeks ago all three of my furbabies got sick. First Trixie started to vomit and then the diarrhea started. After this Pia got sick along with her and then Snoot. This went on for about 10 days and finally they got better. Apparently they all caught they same thing. I sure hope your little one is ok. Mine didn't want to eat so I forced pedialyte, baby food and oatmeal. They were throwing up the chicken and rice. Although this was what I was first told to give. Good Luck to you and let us know how your baby is doing.

| Oh what is going on with our babies? Simon is doing the same thing. We are on the I/D food mixed with warm water (a little every few hours). I sure hope your baby is feeling better. Any updates? |

| Tummy problems! My Totto was bitten by a neighbor's Akita. He became lethargic and sensitive to touch on the bite area. That night he started to vomit. I took him to the vet on Friday and she pushed fluids (IV), gave him an anti-biotic injection and some drugs for me to give him. He is still vomiting as of last night. I am so worried. My husband and I leave tomorrow for 10 days. I can't postpone or cancel this trip. Advice? |

| On the mend??? Thank you for all of your support. I brought Molly back to the vet on Friday and she had a fever. They gave her antibiotics, pepsid, and fluids. They also did blood work which all came back normal. She has not thrown up since and she is pooping better...still soft but not diarhea. Could stress cause her to be sick for several days. I hope not. I am still waiting for the allergy test results. Molly has several food alergies and maybe they have changed or worsen. I almost hope that they have so that I can al least know what is causing the problem. I was also feeding her natura natural choice wet food mixed in with her california natural dry food for her evening meal. We have all heard about the food recall...but the bar code is not the same as the ones recalled. I am going to find a different food, but maybe this could also be the cause of the problems. Let me know what you think. Thanks :-) |

| Put yourself in those babies position. First they leave their moms and a home they knew, then come to your home all scared and probably get sick from being traumatized, then they put trust in you and learn to be happy and wham, they are taken to some strange place, put in a cage and then have all those noisy clippers going, dogs barking and dunked in water. Of course they get traumatized!!!! And another way for them to hate a bath if the groomer doesn't take the time to make it a fun experience, and most don't. I'd never do that to my dogs. I hope she will be ok now. At least don't leave her at the Vets. too. |
