Poor Molly.
Hope the vet can find out what's wrong with her. It could be stress like everyone else said. I recently read in one of my dog magazines that plain 100% pure canned pumpkin is incredibley effective in dogs with diahrea. It said to add a teaspoon or two to the dogs food or feed it straight. Sorry, it didn't say what size dog should get that amount though.
