| ![]() Wrigley is 8 months old and this is the first time she's been sick! She vomited a couple times two days ago and acted like she didn't feel well, but then yesterday all day she seemed fine. Last night she vomited again. Well she vomited about 4-5 times through the night and had diarrhea once. It's mostly liquid when she throws up and there isn't any blood in her stool. We are taking her to the vet this morning at 10 am. Really would like any suggestions of any types of tests that we should make sure he runs?? He's wonderful and I'm sure he will do all that is necessary, but any advice would be appreciated. We are so worried about her!! ![]() |

It could be nothing worse than an intestinal upset. Glad you're taking her to the vet and hope she feels better real soon.

| ![]() Good news, the vet said it's a dog stomach bug! There were 2 other dogs there with the same symptoms and they said they have seen around 6 dogs this week! She didn't have a fever, her stool sample was fine, heart, lungs, ears, etc.. were all good. They gave us some food to have her eat for a few days because it's blander and easier on her stomach. She weighed exactly what she weighed two months ago when she was spayed! 3.07lbs and she's 8 months. We are hoping she will reach 4lbs, but the vet said she might not! We feel sooo much better now they gave us medicine for the symptoms and she seems to be coming around some as well! Thanks for the advice and well wishes! |
