Good news, the vet said it's a dog stomach bug! There were 2 other dogs there with the same symptoms and they said they have seen around 6 dogs this week!
She didn't have a fever, her stool sample was fine, heart, lungs,ears, etc.. were all good.
They gave us some food to have her eat for a few days because it's blander and easier on her stomach.
She weighed exactly what she weighed two months ago when she was spayed!
3.07lbs and she's 8 months. We are hoping she will reach 4lbs, but the vet said she might not!
We feel sooo much better now they gave us medicine for the symptoms and she seems to be coming around some as well!
