I think that the bun was 130. The person that sent me the message said their pup had 131 and it turned out to be dehydration.

I would definitely get your baby to the other ER clinic for a second opinion. I would call the other ER and ask what you need to do to transfer her. You may have to wait for her to be hydrated, but the moment there is any improvement, (and I would go check this out for myself), I think you should take her to the other ER that Patti suggested. It sounds like they are very competent people and they may be able to offer another diagnosis.

I know that prayer can and does work. I have seen it in my own life, so don't give up praying.

I'm so sorry you and your little guy are going thru all this. It is so heartbreaking to read on YT about a furbaby who is so sick and we are so helpless to do anything about it but pray. And praying, we are, from the very bottoms of our hearts. I also agree with getting another opinion, if possible. Hi everyone, and thank you so much for caring. I called the hospital at 6am which was 12hrs after ivs and medications they told me miko was still in the same condition weak and refusing food. They can run bloodwork this afternoon and than will be able to tell me if it improved or not. I asked about dehydration if its possible she said it is but his urine also indicated that it was kidney disease and that there is only a slight chance that it could be dehydration. I still believe that it is and that my pup will pull through this horrible time. I will be going to visit him sometime close to afternoon so that I can be there when they run the bloodwork once again. Oh My God I hope everything will be ok I dont know if I will be able to see him in that dramatic state of health. Also Im not sure what to do if the tests come out to be still bad, should I get a second opinion? What if they improve, I think that will be a good sign. I am so scared I have never been so scared in my life to think that I only had the little guy for such a short period of time total of 10days. I love him to death and would give anything to save his little life, I still dont know what I will do if he doesnt make it through this I cant put him to sleep it is soooooo hard I already had the form in front of me to sign but something told me not to I am praying it was a sign. I will keep everyone posted once I know more. Thank You once again for being so kind.

Praying for good test results. I would see what the test show and then decide if you want the second opinion. The answer may be the same but at least you will have confirmation.
