Here's Mimi 3 Attachment(s) I'm posting these pics of darling little Mimi for psvidesigner. She is absolutely precious and adorable. Poor little sweetie looks so sad with her cast on. I sure hope you get good news on her when you take her to the vet on Friday! |
update Mimi had her splint changed on Friday. All of this went well. She will have it checked this Friday and x rays in the next week or two. So we will not know if we are out of the woods until the x ray. So all is good for now. Her little spirit is comming back and that makes me :) Thanks to all who are so supporting. |

Good luck with your baby. My Cali has a doctor's appointment tomorrow and hopefully they will take off (or at least change) her cast. It has been a month and the cast is a mess, and Cali needs a good bath. P-U!! |
Poor little baby. My heart goes out to her. |
aww, she looks so sad and pitiful in the pic with her cast. Hoping for a speedy full recovery for her. |
Hi, I'm just now seeing this post. Hope your little baby is feeling better. Poor little thing :( |
Great news! The vets office just called. Mimi will be sporting her last splint for another two weeks and will not need any surgery on her leg! We are so happy, happy, happy:happyboun :happyboun :happyboun Thank you to everyone for all the well wishes and support. BTW...Mimi has a new little yt fur brother, Icky. We are blessed. |
That\'s great news!!!! Congrats on the new furbaby! |
Total shock today I am in total shock and mad  . When the vet\'s office called they gave me a good report. But we heard the opposite when we spoke with the vet one on one:eek: . It is only four weeks since she had her splint on. I clearly think this is not enough time but he said she needs surgery. Mimi is four years old. Do you or any of your yt friends have any advice? |
update Tomorrow is Mimi\'s surgery date. We go to the orthopedic vet for evaluation and then surgery. We couldn\'t make the previous appointment bc of the bad snow storm:snow: . Our cars were stuck in the ice and snow. I can not wait to have the splint taken off her leg and I am sure she does too. The last two months have seemed like forever. |
Hope your baby is doing better. It\'s such a horrible feeling to know that they\'re hurting and you can\'t make it stop!:( Positive karma headed your way ... |
