| Wookie is not doing good again I don't know whats wrong with him. He's back to being lathargic, and out of it. He is usually bouncing off the walls, well now, nothing gets him up. What's wrong with my wookie?? He won't eat his crunchy dog food. My little baby is sick. So the vet suggested i take him in for x-rays today since everything else is normal. I'm really sad, i feel so helpless. Why can't he just tell me what hurts I feel like such a bad mommy. He's been sick since last friday. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Hugs to Wookie...I don't know if this will help but chanel had a mystery illness - 2 vet visits and bloodwork found nothing really wrong except for a little elevation in her bloodwork - what they called very mild pancreatitis - he explained it was more of an inflamation than full blown pancreatitus - but my baby had the poops for 3 straight days....after almost 5 days she was ok but I was falling apart with worry. Keep him hydrated and if you really feel scared I would try another vet visit. Sending Wookie get well wishes and I hope he just has an upset tummy - maybe too much Christmas ??? |

| I just got back from the vet. Blood work showed nothing, no x-rays.. they said it wasn't necessary. The vet said it might be because of the medicine. He might just be having a reaction and not wanting to eat. So i got him some wet food and mixed it with his regular food and he gobbled it all up If he isn't better by tomorrow, then they think it might be valley fever or something like that But to wait and see if he is better by tomorrow, and if not, then he's going back to the vet. Good thing is that he ate today.. yaya |

| Hello! Best wishes to you and Wookie. Poor baby. I can understand your pain. My Chuey is recovering from pneumonia. Not because I didn't get him to the vet, but because the first vet we saw, four times for the same thing, said he was just too small and that he was gonna breath funny for the rest of his life. Anatomical abnormalities is what he called it. Ya right, an xray later, pneumonia, and two days in the hospital! Wow! So please be careful and best wishes to your little baby! We'll be praying for ya! Raquel and Chuey
