| Poor baby Me and my husband were playing with our baby and may have gotten a little rough with him and now i think he has some bruised ribs. can anyone help me on what to do. We took him to the Vet and they gave us some pain meds, but i didn't know if there was something else we need to do for him. Thanks, Casey's mommy |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | wow.....can I ask how ??? That had to be pretty rough - I'd try to be really careful especially with a puppy - their bones are pretty fragil and in all honesty - a broken rib could possibly puncture a lung - I've had broken ribs and that is SUPER Painful..... I hope he feels better poor baby |

| Be careful with puppies , they are fragile. Also, be careful when you let him play with other dogs especially the big ones. Although some big dogs are gentle, not all of them are and even if they are just playing, the big size might hurt them if they accidentaly stepped on their abdomen or something.

| update I should have chosen my words a little better. Casey is 6 years old and a very active little boy and weighs 5.5lbs. I don't want anyone to think that i would mistreat him. He means the world to me. He is doing better now. I could never hurt him. I know no one knows me but that's fine. I just wanted to clear that up. I feel really bad as it is, and don't need anyone else to make me feel worse. |
