| We had a pretty good day today. She ate well, drank well, tee teed alot and finally pooped. She tried to stand today for the first time since Wednesday so I am hopefull that we have a chance for this medicine to work. Gosh, hope is all I have right about now. I feel a little better about her but am trying not to get my hopes up too high. Miss Cricket and I are going to bed now as we are tired. Thanks everyone. Judy |

| Glad you had a good day yesterday. Keep the faith and hopefully there will be improvement, no matter how small, each day. It sounds as if Cricket is giving it her all and there's no doubt that you have gone "above and beyond" just like any good Mommy would do. Looking forward to getting more reports like this. Helen |

| Aww, I just read your post and I am so sorry for you and Cricket. Sounds like she has the best care possible and with a great mom like you, and Cricket being the fighter that she sounds like she is, I have very high hopes for you. Please continue to keep us updated and know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

| Our prayers are with you. We, too, have been through something similar in the last month. Our little Izzy B. started having seizures at 8 weeks of age. We took her all the way to Oklahoma State University after 4 local vets could not decide what was causing the seizures. They ruled out liver shunt, also. They wanted us to bring her back for more tests, CAT scan, spinal fluid, but she has done so well on the phenobarbital that our local vet started her on, with a rather significant bump in her dose by OSU, and our local vet just did a blood test and increased the dosage again slightly. She was so, so sick and now she is bouncing around like crazy, so hang in there!!! I just know your little girl is giong to make it through all this just like our Izzy B. did. Barbara and Emmie and Izzy B.

| We had another good day. She is still eating, drinking etc. Still hoping medicine will take over and work. I talked with the breeder today and she was so upset and said none of her pups have ever had a problem and I believe her. She kept a male from the same litter and has had no problems. She is such a nice person and I totally believe her. She said IF Cricket doesn't make it that she will give me another puppy. I told her that I wasn't thinking about another one as I wanted the one I have and am doing everything I know of to get her well. We will make it through this. She is such a little fighter. Her Mommie and her just doesn't give up that easy. I will continue to keep you updated. Judy |
