| Vaccination reaction??? My dog went to the groomer yesterday and the groomer noticed a spot on his ear. She suggested we get it looked at, so we took him to the vet. The vet told us she thought it was a sore and she wasn't alarmed. We were scheduled for his yearly vaccinations on Monday so they went ahead and gave them yesterday. He was fine until 10 p.m. last night. He began shaking his head, holding his head in the air and sniffing the air, dashing from one piece of furniture to the next, and acting crazy. He has ate and had a bowel movement today. After consulting with the vet via phone, she suggested we come in. We went in today and the vet said she couldn't put her finger on it but seemed to think it had more to do with the spot on his ear versus the vaccinations. Can this be something to do with the vaccinations? |

| I agree that is sounds like an ear issue. What vaccinations did he get?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Where is that spot on the ear and what does it look like? Had he had this vaccine before?

| My dog had allergic reaction to the pro heart 6. Heartworm prevention shot. And benedryl helped 100 %. But, other problems are arising now. I’ve read awful things about the pro heart 6. Good luck. I’m trying to get answers on mine to. I posted a long list under sickness. Please see it. |
