| Hypoglycemia I never had a problem with hypoglycemia when I was raising my 13 1/2 year old babies. Now that I am going to take home my baby girls I am getting worried about medical problems common to small breeds. Have you had experience with this? Any feedback or experiences will be greatly appreciated. It would help me. Sometimes reading isn't enough to calm me down.

| Just be educated on it, know the symptoms and have the nutrical on hand. If they are coming home at 12 weeks of age then they should be mostly ok. As they get older it shouldn’t be an issue. I rescued Joey at 9 weeks old and even as tiny as he was he never had hypoglycemia. I would free feed them as well.

| Thank you Bella's Dad and Taylor. I've been reading but sometimes it helps calm me down when I hear other talk about their experiences.

| My vet reassured me that it's something that happens super early. I know you'll learn your babies quickly and everything will be fine. I agree with PP that being prepared is SO important. |
