Please take him in, I'm so worried about him. Blood coming out is very serious. Please keep us informed on his condition. I will continue to pray for him!

If they are stumped by wants going on, have them check for pancreatic problems. I had the exact same thing going on last week with a feline and it was misdiagnosed several times. Very important they check this though!!!!!!! Can't stress that enough!!

Im so sorry your little guy is so sick. I agreed I think you should take him to the Emergency vet immediately. I will have him in my prayers for him to get get better soon. Please keep us posted.

I don't want to sound harsh but this sounds like parvo to me, I might be mistaken. Regardless he must be taken to the vet now as she posts.

OH WOW - I would have FLOWN to the VET as soon as I saw that - I really hope you went to the vet already and hope he's ok - that sounds very scary !

I really hope the little one has gone to the vet. As others have said, I'm going to say it again....PLEASE DON'T WAIT!! Time IS very important right now. Please, please, please keep us updated on what is going on. We're all praying for you.

thank you all for caring so much... I took Gio to the vet this morning, he will be hopitalized until monday, they'll do x-rays, blood test, fecal test, inject antibiotics, i think he'll inject some fluids, intravenous because of lost of blood, and something called catheterization iv, poor Gio....i get the results tomorrow, im hoping is not something broken inside...lets see what happens

i am so glad you took your baby right in. it is really scary when they get sick. At least you can rest just a little knowing he is in good hands. if you call and check on him, please update us.

Thank you for the update and hang in there ....I hope your Gio is going to be ok and they find out why this happened and can treat it. you did the right thing getting him to the vet...

**from Kaismommy** I'm glad you got some help for your baby. MY baby's name is Kaia. She just turned 3 years old January 15th. For the past 5 days she has had vomiting (not bloody) and diarrhea (bloody). We thought it was her period b/c she is coming into her heat cycle. I took her to the vet yesterday and told the vet everything. She said it sounded like allergies and recommended Children's Benadryl (1-2 teaspoons). I tried that every 4 hours yesterday and it totally did not help. Overnight, Kaia had diarrhea that resembled black tar. Called vet back this morning & told her & she asked me to bring Kaia back in. She diagnosied Kaia with hemorraghatic colitis and said it can be brought on by stress or dietary indiscretion/changes. No dietary stuff for Kaia, so it must be stress from her period/heat cycle. Vet agreed. Kaia is very sick, but is not dehydrated and is eating a little bit again and seems to be keeping it down. She got antibiotics and anti-nausea medicine/shots, but still seems depressed and weak. I will pray for your pup. Please pray for Kaia.
